* Nuki Lock: closes automatically at 10 p.m. for insurance reasons, don't be frightened ;-)
* Windows need to be closed when the heating is turned on. And when you leave the apartment, please also close the windows and turn off the heating.
* Bathroom: the partition wall to the bathtub opens in folds and can be pulled out lengthways, then it stays firmly on the edge of the bathtub - attention! Don't leave it beyond that, otherwise it might get stuck in the bathroom door
The apartment is in a very quiet and family-friendly environment. The area is very safe and you'll feel at home immediately - it is a bit more "rural". It is quiet even at night, especially as the windows face a large courtyard.
In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Liesing, the river that goes all the way to Lower Austria and where you can go for a wonderful walk at any time of the year to explore and immerse yourself in nature.
There are free parking spaces about a 5-10 minutes' walk from the apartment on Seybelgasse, where you can park for free 24/7.
On weekends you can park for free almost everywhere in Vienna.
Aroubnd the corner at the Lidl parking lot you can park for a maximum of 2 hours.
In about 10 minutes walking distance you reach the train station Atzgersdorf or in the opposite direction Liesing (they are roughly the same distance away) and from there you can reach the main train station in about 10-15 minutes or also directly Meidling, Landstraße Hauptstraße or Praterstern (Prater). Also with the bus 60A, 62A oder 66A you can reach the centre.
The next large shopping center is in Liesing (Riverside Liesing). Just around the corner is a Lidl, grocery market, as well as Müller, drug store, and the only organic pastry shop in Austria: Hanauer - Supercake. (Highly recommended - for ice cream or coffee with cake).
