The apartment is located in a very quiet and family environment.
The area is very safe and you feel right at home. It is a bit more "rural", so it is quiet even at night, especially because the windows face a large courtyard. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Liesing, the river that flows into Lower Austria and where you can take beautiful walks at any time of the year.
Free parking is available in about 15 minutes walk from the apartment in Seybelgasse, where you can park 24/7 for free.
On weekends, you can park for free almost everywhere in Vienna.
At the shopping centers you are allowed to stand for a maximum of 2 hours.
In about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Atzgersdorf express train station and from there you can reach the main train station as well as Meidling, Landstraße Hauptstraße and Praterstern (Prater) in about 10-15 minutes.
The nearest large shopping centre is in Liesing (Riverside Liesing). You can also get to the centre by bus 60A or 66A. Nearby there are the supermarkets Penny or Billa and a bakery, as well as pharmacy.
