Cancellation conditions (according to ÖHVB):

Up to 3 months before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the booked arrangement
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the booked arrangement
Within the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement
If you do not arrive: 100% of the booked arrangement

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance

Rules

SLEEPING HOURS : please be so kind and turn off loud music inside/outside and be quiet when entering the apartment after 10 PM and BEFORE 7 AM 


WIFI: user: dreamlysuites, password: feel@home
 works from 8 am - 10 pm and at weekends till midnight. 
We turn it off during the night to guarantee the best sleep for you and ourselves, too. 
Internet is is available 24/7 at the ethernet sockets


STREET SHOES: stay outside of the rooms, there is a cupboard at the entrance


SMOKING: please only outside in the garden


DOORS & WINDOWS: please always close the terrace door/entrance door as it is mostly windy and the doors will smash otherwise. Just some information: if it is hot outside we close the windows during the day to keep it cool inside. 


IN WINTER TIME please think of our environment and turn off the heating when windows are opened

LIGHTS: Please keep in mind to switch OFF the lights if you do not need it


PARKING: please use the free areas where no houses are - otherwise you will get to know our neighbors ;-) 


PETS stay outside the beds because of all the hair 
(otherwise we have to charge an additional 50€ cleaning cost)
